You don't know squat about what cheats they're using. You're just likely playing with people that you should be reporting to get Overwatch'd - if they're actually cheating, they'll get caught. So like said above: if you have some 'better' solution with your 'some coding knowledge' as you seem to, by all means, talk to Valve.

While yes, it did get everyone who used Aimtux back in the day, there are forks of it that bypass it.
